SHEET-METAL FABRICATION

The Height of Precision in Sheet-Metal Fabrication
We offer sheet-metal products from prototypes to end-use parts, fabricated exactly to your specifications. We can ensure you will be satisfied by our custom, on-demand solutions produced efficiently within your timeline and your budget. No matter the size of your dreams, we can help you dream bigger.
APPLICATIONS
Brackets
Custom brackets and miscellaneous sheet-metal components, well-suited for either lightweight applications or for providing a high degree of corrosion resistance. Hardware and fasteners can be fully built-in.
Chassis
Precision manufacturing for housing electromechanical controls, from small handheld devices to large industrial testing equipment, built to critical dimensions to ensure hole-pattern alignment between different parts.
Enclosures
Cost-effective fabrication for device panels, boxes, and cases, for a variety of applications including rackmounts, "U" and "L" shapes, and consoles.
Exterior Sheeting
Custom exterior and wall sheeting metal for metal building systems for covering and electrical components.
Weldments
Assembly and fusion of custom components such as brackets and panels.

ADVANTAGES
Durability
High-durability parts are well-suited for both functional prototypes and end-use production.
Scalability
Built on-demand and with lower setup costs compared with CNC Machining, so you can order a single prototype, over 1,000 production parts, or anything in between.
Rapid Turnaround
Careful collaboration and decades of experience mean that we can complete parts in the time frame you require.

FINISHES
Anodized (Type II or Type III)
Type II creates a corrosion-resistant finish. Parts can be anodized in different colors—clear, black, red, and gold are most common—and are usually associated with aluminum.

Type III is thicker and creates a wear-resistant layer in addition to the corrosion resistance seen with Type II.
Chem Film (Chromate Conversion Coating)
Provides corrosion resistance and good conductivity and can be used as a base for paint or as a yellow/gold finish.
Powder Coat
Powdered paint is sprayed onto a part that is heated for strong wear as well as a corrosion-resistant finish and is more durable than standard painting methods. Available in a wide variety of colors.
Standard
Minimal post-processing or treatment on parts is done.
Wet Paint
Standard and custom colors in textured or smooth finishes.
Zinc Coating
Galvanized with protective coating to prevent rust and corrosion.
Custom
If you don’t see the finish your product needs, we can work together to provide a satisfactory finish that suits your specifications.
